The food had a large variety. i liked the amazing bread selection. the staff were very friendly, especially mahmoud, ismaili, and mustafa. They were very helpful. the hotel was very clean!!!
Fresh squeezed orange juice costs extra. ice cream also costs extra. some desserts required additional payment. It reminded me of all inclusive did not mean all inclusive.

the pools were acceptable.
I found the food repetitive, especially at the pool bar restaurant. every day it seemed like the same options were available, plain spaghetti, nuggets, and chips. It got boring. the quality of the food was also a concern as it often felt cold, not what i expect from a resort.

I found the food selection quite varied, with many choices at each meal. the pools were clean and well kept. I especially liked the water slides. the staff were attentive, and any requests were promptly addressed. my room was comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard.
The lifts were sometimes slow during peak hours. I often had to wait a bit longer than i'd hoped.

The family room was spacious. It easily accommodated my family. the air conditioning worked well, and i always had a comfortable temperature. the tv had several international channels. I found it useful for keeping up with news.

The hotel is close to local shops. I could easily walk there. the beach is also within easy reach. I enjoyed spending time by the sea. transportation to nearby attractions is readily available. I could explore the area.

The hotel offers a large aquapark. I had so much fun. there is a kids club available. My children enjoyed the activities. several swimming pools are present. They offer different experiences, like the lazy river and the heated pool.
